Across 25 years of experience, Ben has worked across six continents with UK and international governments, city transport authorities, development banks, aid agencies and transport charities. He has built, grown and transformed teams in the public and private sectors including at Transport for London (TfL) and the Transport Research Laboratory (TRL).

Ben’s technical expertise spans road safety management, transport policy and strategy, transport case-making, business cases, stakeholder management, bus franchising, city transport integration and benefits capture.
Ben has delivered road safety strategy projects for UK government, led TfL’s Consulting arm, and delivered bus strategy and road safety strategy projects for global cities and national governments.

He is currently a Director at Flux Transport.
