David co-created Australian firm Visioncast Pty Ltd to support transformative change.

He is a road safety and sustainable transport specialist with over 24 year’s experience in the public and private sectors. David’s experience covers road system management, regulation, policy and strategy. He has led the development of road safety strategy and contributed widely to Safe System capacity building internationally.

David has 10 years experience at executive level with VicRoads, the state road authority in Victoria Australia and for three years as road safety focal for the Asian Development Bank leading the Asia-Pacific Road Safety Observatory. He was co-founder of Lösningar Pty Ltd, the world’s only business dedicated to leading edge planning approaches to reach ambitious road safety targets.
