Trevor has over 20 years of experience in the transport industry, with wide ranging roles including: technology strategy development; railway systems research; product development; asset management; whole life costing; road engineering in developing countries; and structural health monitoring.

He authored a technology delivery plan for the UK rail industry (Rail Technical Strategy Capability Delivery Plan, 2017) and developed and delivered competitions as part of a pioneering £100m rail innovation programme. 

Trevor has excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with an aptitude for rapidly assimilating complex information and making connections to generate new ideas.
